Step 1: Learn More in an Initial Consultation

If you are interested in exploring music lessons for yourself or your child, one of our informed client managers will be happy to arrange a consultation with you. During this meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss pricing and scheduling and specify the student’s particular needs, interests and goals.

Step 2: Be Matched with a Teacher

If you wish to move forward, we will pair you or your child with an instructor we deem to be a good fit based on the information shared during the consultation. We’ll compare calendars to schedule an introductory lesson, either in your home or virtually, depending on what you prefer.

Step 3: Fine-Tune Your Plan

Following the first lesson, we’ll reach out to get your feedback. If you feel that a different instructor may be a better match, we can connect you with someone new until you find a teacher who’s well suited in every regard. We can also typically accommodate requests to adjust the length, timing or type of music played during lessons, if desired.

Step 4: Enjoy Ongoing Lessons

Our private lesson format is proven to maximize the value each student receives and to boost learning outcomes with weekly practice. Over time, our aim is to help our students build their knowledge, improve their technique and achieve their personal goals, whether they are starting at an introductory or advanced level (or somewhere in the middle).

Founded by Kathryn Brickell, a diversely qualified musician, our music school follows a student-centered method of teaching. Across our expertise areas of orchestra, band and voice, we aim to support students of all ages and ability levels in reaching their goals, whether it be to learn the basics of an instrument or to prepare for an audition or performance.
